That's why we have implemented a comprehensive scale that measures the condition of each item, ranging from 1LUXE, representing fair condition, to 5LUXE, indicating brand new, unworn items, and sometimes even with tags. We understand the importance of clarity when purchasing, which is why we highly encourage customers to use a combination of our condition scale, detailed product images, and thorough descriptions to gain a holistic understanding of the item they are considering. It's essential to note that all our items are second-hand, and we kindly request you to bear this in mind when making your purchase. We aim to provide accurate information, ensuring you have a delightful shopping experience, fully appreciating the unique history and value of each luxury item.

1 LUXE
Fair Condition.
These items will have some more visible signs of wear. Examples would include stains, missing zippers or worn materials. The internal and external condition can vary.
The condition of these products will be reflected in the price.
2 LUXE
Good Condition
These items have been well used and still show slight signs of wear such as loss of shape.
3 LUXE
Very Good Condition.
Very little sign of wear, nothing very obvious such a slight scratches on the hardware.
These products may have gone through a repair in the past.
4 LUXE
Excellent Condition.
Normally worn once or twice. These items do not show any major signs of wear and have been kept in an excellent condition.
5 LUXE
Unworn, Brand New, some with tags.
These items have zero signs of wear. They are brand new or unused items. Often these items come with the original box, tags, dust bags and other accessories.
